ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Sky.
Gabrielle “Sky” Cardwell, PhD
Licensed Psychologist, California PSY36848
I work with individuals and families across the lifespan, with particular expertise in infants, young children, and medically involved children and their families. Many of the people I see are navigating parenting challenges, neurodevelopmental concerns, anxiety, OCD, trauma, or the emotional demands of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
My approach is collaborative. Together, we build a plan that reflects both your goals and the best available evidence, so you always understand the “why” behind what we’re doing and feel equipped to make meaningful change. In our first session, we’ll focus on what brought you in and what you hope will be different, so you leave feeling heard.

Getting started
Three simple steps from your first call to a plan that fits your family.

03
A plan, together
We build a treatment plan around your goals, and revisit it as things change.
